How to view your email campaign replies

When you send out a campaign, contacts may occasionally reply to your campaign. These are always captured inside your account (unless these are toggled off - contact your Account Manager to disable reply tracking) and are also forwarded to your designated address inserted at stage 1 of the campaign build process.

Replies can be accessed from 3 places inside your account:

  • Campaigns dashboard: Recent Replies
  • Campaign reports: Overview
  • Campaign reports: Send Summary

Campaigns dashboard: Recent Replies

  • Hover over 'Campaigns' on the main navigation bar and select 'Campaigns'
  • Select the 'Recent Replies' tab

Campaign reports: Overview

  • Hover over 'Reports' on the main navigation bar and select 'Campaign Summary'
  • Click on the name of the campaign that you want to view the replies for. (Find the campaign by scrolling through the list or using the search modal.)
  • Scroll down to 'Campaign Interactions' and click on 'Replies'

Campaign reports: Send Summary

  • Hover over 'Reports' on the main navigation bar and select 'Campaign Summary'
  • Click on the name of the campaign that you want to view the replies for. (Find the campaign by scrolling through the list or using the search modal.)
  • Select the 'Send Summary' tab near the top of the page
  • Click on 'Reply Messages' on the menu on the left-hand side
