Workflow audits allow you to see the actions that have been taken as part of an active automation workflow. They are useful for tracking the progress of your contacts through different stages of the workflow that you have created.
View audits for an active workflow by selecting the icon to the left of your chosen workflow, then select ‘Logs’.
You can use the workflow audits to identify common behaviours and potential bottlenecks in your automation workflows such as monitoring how long it takes for your contacts to be processed through the automation workflow.
Select ‘Activity’ to the left-hand side of a contact to see audits relating to that specific contact.
