When creating a survey for your campaign, you need to choose the domain which your survey will be hosted on. Use the dropdown menu on the ‘Create Survey’ page to select the domain that you require.
You have two options:
- Custom Domain: Custom domains can be used if you need to send out a branded survey which is instantly recognisable as belonging to your company. If you have not already purchased a custom domain, get in touch with your account manager to make an enquiry.
- Default Domain: Every account with the system is assigned a default domain. When the survey is hosted on the default domain, the recipient of your email will not visit a page associated to your website as it will be hosted elsewhere.
Once you have established the domain that your survey will be hosted on, you can choose the URL which will be used by your contacts for survey completion.
