Understanding the WebTrack Summary report

The WebTrack Summary dashboard shows you an overview of contact behaviour on your website.

  • Accounts Quota: Your account quota shows you the number of records that you can track using WebTrack. This is calculated during the set up of WebTrack and is based on the contracted amount you have selected. Once the remaining quota reaches zero you can purchase more visit records through your Account Manager or in-app.
  • Total Visits: The total number of visits to your website that have been tracked in Wired Plus.  This allows you to monitor the number of people who click through from your email campaign whilst WebTrack is active.
  • Average Duration: The average amount of time in seconds that people stay on your website whilst WebTrack has been active.
  • Known Contacts: The number of times that WebTrack has attributed a visit record to a known user in your account.  You can target ‘Known Contacts’ with highly targeted email campaigns, driving more conversions from your website.
  • Unknown Contacts: The number of times that WebTrack has attributed a visit record to a contact not previously known to your Wired Plus account.
  • Top 5 Pages: Your most frequently visited pages.
  • Top 5 Contacts: The most active contacts in your account.
  • Recent Visits: The total number of visits on your websites by day.
  • Operating System Usage: The distribution of users tracked according to their choice of operating system.
  • Browser Usage: The distribution of users tracked according to their internet browser.
