How to re-schedule or cancel a scheduled email campaign

Re-scheduling an email

To change the time or date of a scheduled campaign, navigate to the ‘Scheduled’ tab on the ‘Campaigns’ page.

Select the settings icon next to the campaign that you wish to change and click ‘Change Schedule‘. 

You can then select the date and time that you would prefer to send the campaign.

Confirm your changes to ensure that your campaign is sent according to the new schedule.

Cancelling a scheduled email

Navigate to the ‘Scheduled’ tab on the ‘Campaigns’ page. 

Select the settings icon next to the campaign that you wish to cancel and select ‘Cancel‘ from the dropdown. 

You will then be asked to confirm that you wish to cancel the campaign.

Once a campaign is cancelled, the campaign is moved to the ‘Cancelled‘ tab. 

You can restore a cancelled campaign by selecting the campaign on the ‘Cancelled’ tab and selecting ‘Re-instate Selection’.

Once you have made the changes that you require, click ‘Save’.
