Surveys are useful to gather customer feedback or can be used as forms to collect preferences or personal contact details.

To create a new survey, navigate to the ‘Surveys’ tab on the main menu.  

Click ‘Add Survey’ in the top right-hand corner. This allows you to build your surveys in the design editor.

Once you have selected this option, you are presented with the ‘Create Survey’ screen.  On this screen, you are required to choose a name for your survey, the name should reflect the purpose of the survey and should be memorable.

You are also required to choose a hosting domain. You can also select a friendly URL to make sharing your surveys much easier.

The survey can be populated with questions in a number of different formats, which you can read about here. You can include one or many different question types in one survey.
