Create a new marketing automation workflow

Please note: You will need to have the Automation feature enabled on your account to have access to workflows.

Workflows allow for certain triggers to occur based on a contact's data and behaviours.

To create a new workflow, navigate to ‘Automation’ from the main navigation bar and select ‘Workflows’ from the dropdown menu.

Select ‘Create Workflow’ in the top right corner of the screen.

Then, enter the name for your workflow and choose the workflow type that you wish to create:

  • Standard
  • Transactional (if the workflow is being used for transactional purposes e.g. sending an order confirmation email after a contact makes an order.)

You can then choose to start building your workflow from scratch or start with one of the pre-built workflow templates.
