The first step to creating a campaign is selecting which template to use. Templates will form the basic layout of your email, and there are lots to choose from.
Select a template by creating a new email campaign.
Give your campaign a name, and then move on to the next stage to select a template.
When you are choosing a template, you should consider the amount of content that you’re going to send, how it will be presented, and how important each section is.
There are 3 options to choose from:
Layouts are basic email structures - you can either select a pre-built layout or select the 'Blank Template' to create your email campaign from scratch.
To preview a layout, click on the magnifying glass icon under its thumbnail.
To select a layout, click on the green tick icon. This will take you to the design editor where you can customise the layout as much as you need to.
Alternatively, you can choose a theme. Themes are pre-built HTML templates that include images, text, and campaign structures to help you get started.
You can still customise the template as much as you need to - it just gives you more of a head start.
To preview a theme, click on the magnifying glass icon under its thumbnail. To select a theme, click on the green tick icon.
