Getting started: Working with the Agenda dashboard

The Agenda dashboard allows you to see and organise your tasks according to day, week, or month.

To access the Agenda dashboard, click on the ‘Agenda’ tab from any dashboard view.

Tasks appear on the right-hand side of the page beside a task calendar, so that you can easily plan your time and ensure you hit key deadlines.

From the tasks list on the right-hand side of the page, you can click on the 3 dots next to each task to edit, postpone, or remove a task that is assigned to you.

Editing a task: Specify key details, choose which contact the task relates to, the member of staff responsible, the task due date, due time, priority level, and set a reminder. You can amend this information at any time meaning that you can add details to your task as they become available. Once you have finished amending your task, click ‘Save‘ in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

Postponing a task: Choose whether to postpone the due date of the task by one day or a week.

Removing a task: Click ‘Remove’ to delete a task from the system.

Completing a task: For any tasks that have been completed, select the box of the task(s) which you wish to mark as ‘Complete’.
