To add a note for a contact, hover over ‘Subscribers’ on the navigation bar and select ‘Contacts’ from the dropdown. Search for the contact you want to add the note for, and click on their email address to open the contact’s profile.
When viewing an individual contact’s profile, you can add a note by selecting the ‘Add note’ icon from the contact's Summary page.
You will then be able to fill out the details for the note.
To help organise notes for each contact, you can select the reason you are putting a note on the account – the ‘note type’.
The different note types include:
- General Note
- Phone Call
- Appointment Note
You will also be able to assign the note to a user.
Once a note has been added against the contact, it can be viewed on the contact’s profile.
Once the note has been resolved, you can delete the note by clicking the three dots to the right of the note and selecting ‘Remove‘ from the dropdown menu.
